I lead integrated marketing strategy across paid and organic channels, creative direction, CRM optimization, and campaign execution, building a more effective lead generation engine designed to improve conversion performance.

Scope

Google Ads management, SEO and local search optimization, creative testing, video and photography production, email and SMS campaigns, print campaign development, CRM workflow optimization, and the creation of all marketing assets across promotional, service-line, and conversion-focused campaigns.

Impact

This work helped build a stronger lead generation engine, driving 594% attributed revenue growth, generating 105 booked jobs, and increasing website new users 150.6%, while also improving attribution and conversion through CRM and lifecycle optimization.
